Allergy to contrast: Treatment

Adults: - Benadryl 50mg IM,PO - Epinephrine 0.1-0.3ml IM (1:1000) - O2 6-10L/min - elevate legs if vaso-vagal (tachycardic hypotensive) - hypotension w/ bradycardia: Atropin 1mg IV slowly Pretreatment: Prednisone 50mg PO 13h, 7h and 1h before procedure Benadryl 50mg po 1h before procedure
