CT Head NL

Technique: Multiple axial CT images of the brain were obtained without the administration of contrast. Sagittal reformations were performed. FINDINGS: Examination demonstrates no evidence of midline shift or mass effect. There are no extraaxial fluid collections or intracranial hemorrhage. The ventricles and other CSF spaces are symmetric and within normal limits. There is no evidence of sulcal effacement. The visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear. Osseous structures demonstrate no evidence of an acute osseous abnormality. Impressions: No evidence of intracranial hemorrhage or mass effect.
