CT Abd Spine Mets

L2 vertebrae demonstrate sclerosis around osteolytic lesion through the vertebral body extending into and destroying left pedicle. Anterior compression fracture of T12 with osteolytic vertebral body lesion is noted. Heterogeneous appearance of multiple vertebral bodies is suspicious for metastatic involvement, to include T11, L1 and L3. T6, T8 and T9 appear to be involved to a lesser extent. Small lytic lesion in the left femoral head is noted. Multiple left sided rib fractures are likely due to metastatic involvement. Probable involvement of 8th right rib as well.
