XRAY Hip LCP

Routine views of the left hip demonstrates no acute fracture or dislocation. There is broadening of the left femoral head. Acetabular over coverage is also seen. The acetabular angle is normal. Joint spaces are aligned and maintained. The visualizable lumbosacral spine and SI joints are normal. The soft tissues are unremarkable. IMPRESSION: Dysplastic appearance of the left hip consistent with the provided history of prior Legg-Calv-Perthes. Otherwise, no secondary degenerative change.
